To link your AdWords account to an agency's My Client Center (MCC), first find your Customer ID at the top right of your AdWords account. Provide this ID to the agency. Once they send a request, go to "Account Settings" by clicking the gear icon, then navigate to "Account Access" and click "Accept request." After confirming, your account will be linked to their MCC.
