My facebook page is stucked with the restricted business portfolio and now i cant do anything.

Question

My business portfolio get restricted along with my ads account, i believe it's because i accidentally created facebook and instagram SHOP on my shopify platform, and because my store location/country isnt supported for Shops, hence the automatic restricted.

The problem is i cant contact meta support, i dont have the contact support option, cant request review, no nothing just keep coming back to the business help home and no clue for help.
