My main concern is the advs underperforming!
Since the recent updates by facebook, my sales campaigns have stopped performing, I created new fresh ones and they drive zero sales. I just burn cash. Anyone is experiencing the same issue? Also, the adv is running and I see the video in the adv preview with no issue however I keep receiving notifications everyday “your video couldn’t be uploaded” however it is being already seen by customers.

Many advertisers are seeing underperformance after recent Facebook updates.

1) Recent Meta Updates = Disrupted Learning

New campaigns are taking longer to optimize or failing to exit the learning phase.

2) Video Upload Error Bug

The "video couldn’t be uploaded" is a known glitch. If your ad runs and shows previews, it’s likely safe—but it can affect reach.

3) Cold Campaigns Burn Budget Fast

New campaigns with no prior engagement signals may burn cash before they stabilize.

Quick Fixes:

  • Re-upload the video with a new file name to clear the upload bug.
  • Restart with proven creatives from older campaigns.
  • Use retargeting or Advantage+ Shopping for more stable delivery.
  • Give new ads 3+ days before judging performance—avoid pausing/editing too soon.
