I'm running into an issue with publishing my ads and don't know how to solve this. Can somebody help me please. I can’t work out how to find the business email setting to verify.

Based on your screenshot, it looks like Meta is blocking your ad publishing due to missing business email verification. To resolve this, you’ll need to add and verify a business email inside your Business Manager settings.

Steps to Verify Your Business Email in Meta:

1) Go to Business Settings

 business.facebook.com/settings

2) In the left menu, click on “Business Info” (at the bottom).

3) Find the “Business Email” field.

Enter your official business email address (e.g., [email protected]—not Gmail/Outlook).

4) Click “Save”, and then check your inbox for a verification email from Meta.

5) Click the link in the email to verify.

Note:

  • You must use a domain-based email (not personal/free ones like Gmail).
  • Until this email is verified, Meta may block new ad publishing or restrict delivery.

Tip:

If you don’t see the email, check spam/junk folders. If it’s still not coming, try re-entering the email and saving again.
