I have a campaign with one ad set and 7 ads from which 1 ad is performing really great, campaign budget is $200 and I want to scale it. How should I without dropping this campaigns performance? Should I duplicate the campaign with same adset and only 1 creative with top performance and increase the budget? keeping the old campaign active as well? How much budget should I add to scale it? I can add up to $1000 per day so please suggest accordingly.

Nice — sounds like you’ve found a winner! Since one of your ads is outperforming the rest, and you’ve got up to $1,000/day to scale, the key is to scale smart without resetting performance.
Here’s how you can do it step by step:

1. Keep the original campaign running

  • Do not touch the current setup — it’s working!

  • Let it continue generating results without interruption.

2. Create a new campaign with only the top ad

  • Duplicate the winning creative into a new campaign.

  • Keep the same ad set targeting if it’s broad/wide (if not, consider slightly broader targeting).

  • Start this new campaign at $300–$400/day to begin scaling without shocking the algorithm.

  • Use CBO (Campaign Budget Optimization) for more control over budget as you add more ad sets in future.

3. Scale gradually

  • After 2–3 days of stable results, increase by 20–30% every other day or launch another duplicate with a fresh budget.

  • If performance holds, you can stack multiple $300–$500/day campaigns using the same creative and targeting to reach $1,000+/day.

4. Optional: Try Horizontal Scaling Too

  • Use the same top-performing creative but test new audiences in new campaigns.

  • This reduces audience fatigue and gives Meta more pockets of performance to work with.

Pro Tips:

  • Don’t scale the original campaign too aggressively — you risk resetting the learning phase.

  • Monitor frequency and cost per result daily — once costs rise, pause lower performers and reinvest in winning setups.

  • If ROAS starts dropping after scaling, try creative variations of your winning ad to refresh it without losing its core appeal.
