I’ve had multiple customers say they left verified reviews for my product, but they’re not showing up on my Amazon listing. Why is this happening?

This usually happens when your listing is under Amazon’s review moderation phase.

Even verified reviews can be delayed or temporarily hidden when:

  • Too many reviews are posted in a short time.
  • Amazon flags a pattern of “unusual activity.”
  • Buyer accounts lack review trust (new, low history, or similar IPs).

What you can do:

  • Wait 7–14 days before escalating.
  • Stop all mass review requests — only use “Request a Review.”
  • Keep your messaging templates strictly neutral (no “please leave a review”).
  • Once moderation clears, the missing reviews will often appear automatically.
