For LSA migration moving to the new Google Ads experience -...you need to audit twice or you'll lose ranking and data.

Before Migration Audit:

1.  Profile Snapshot:Screenshot business name, hours, service areas by zip, job types and bids, license/insurance status, bio and photos.

2.  Performance Baseline:Last 90 days - total leads, charged leads, CPL, cost per booked job, answer rate, booking rate by job type.

3.  Tracking: Save your call tracking numbers, message logs, and dispute history.

4.  Billing & Budget:Weekly budget, payment method, and any account warnings.

After Migration Audit - First 7 Days:

1.  Data Transfer: Did all job types, service areas, and hours carry over correctly? This is where 90% of errors happen.

2.  Budget & Bids: Google often resets bids to "Maximize Leads." Check your max per-lead bids for high-value plumbing jobs like water heater and sewer.

3.  Tracking: Is call forwarding still working? Are leads showing in both LSA app and Google Ads?

4.  Health:Verify Google Screened badge, review count, and license are still active.

5.  Performance: Compare answer rate, lead volume, and CPL to your pre-migration baseline daily. If rank dropped, it's usually a service area or hours mismatch.
