If an LSA caller hangs up before 20 seconds, the missed call generally does not qualify as a billable lead under Google’s 20-second missed-call rule.
The key exception is IVR: if the caller interacts with the IVR by pressing a key, Google applies the timing rule from that interaction, so the call can still become chargeable.
