You can do that by upgrading your reports to Looker Studio Pro. Standard users now face daily and monthly quotas for scheduled email recipients. Even if you're a Pro user, reports stored in your "Owned by me" folder will still be restricted—unless you upgrade those individual reports. So if you want to bypass those limits, upgrading is the way to go.
