I have a Traffic Campaign that I use for testing ads. Sometimes if I leave it running for a week or so on an ad that's good, I'll get 200 plus clicks per day at $0.01 CPC & 9% CTR. That means that it's a good audience correct?

A $0.01 CPC and 9% CTR in a Traffic campaign suggest strong engagement, but they don’t guarantee audience quality.

Traffic campaigns are optimized for clicks, not conversions. So, while your ad and targeting are likely resonating, that traffic may not translate into meaningful actions.

To validate the audience, review post-click behavior and consider running a Conversion campaign to test if those users take real steps like signing up or purchasing. You can also use the audience for retargeting. High CTR is promising, but conversions determine true value.
