I recently launched a Traffic campaign optimized for Landing Page Views. My main goal is to get visitors to click on the "Order via WhatsApp" button on the product page, (i dont have add to cart or checkout page) So far, I've received around 70 landing page views, but none of the users clicked on the WhatsApp button. What could be the reason for this?

If your Traffic campaign is bringing in landing page views but no one is clicking the “Order via WhatsApp” button, the issue likely lies in user experience or intent rather than traffic volume.

Common reasons include poor button visibility (if it's placed too low or blends in), unclear call-to-action (users don’t know what happens when they click), or irrelevant traffic from broad targeting. Additionally, mobile responsiveness issues or a weak offer can lead visitors to drop off without taking action.

To fix this, try making the button more prominent and actionable, clarify what users gain by clicking, and consider switching to a conversion-focused campaign with proper event tracking.

Also, use tools like Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity to see how far users scroll and interact with your page—this can reveal if they’re even seeing the button.
