Since a few days ago, my AdsManager is not displaying ads correctly. I choose one campaign but then the Adset tab and the Ads tab show dozens of items from other campaigns, and some Adsets from the selected campaign just disappear from the display. Thought it was a temporary glitch, but it´s impossible to work. Anyone knows how to solve this?

Quick Fixes to Try:

1. Clear your browser cache
   Sometimes a full cache can cause weird UI glitches in Ads Manager. Clear it and reload — that alone has fixed this issue for some users.

2. Switch browsers or devices
   Try accessing Ads Manager in Incognito Mode or a different browser like Firefox or Edge. If it works there, the problem is likely browser-specific.

3. Reset filters
   Ads Manager often “remembers” old filters. Click “Clear All Filters” even if none appear active — ghost filters could be messing with your view.

4. Use the “Customize Columns” option
   Sometimes the display bug is column-related. Reset to default or customize the view again — it helps refresh the data sync.

5. Try the Ads Manager App (Mobile)
   Weirdly enough, the mobile app sometimes shows everything correctly when the desktop version is bugging out. Worth a try for quick edits.

Still Not Working?

If none of that works, try these:

• Use Ads Reporting tool as a temporary workaround to view ad set performance

• Report the issue to Meta via the “Help” button → “Something went wrong”
