Can I recover deleted Amazon reviews?

Some of my recent Amazon reviews disappeared completely — can I recover them or contact support to restore them?

Unfortunately, once Amazon permanently removes a review, it cannot be reinstated — not even by Seller Support.

Here’s how it works:

• Temporary removals (for moderation or abuse review) may reappear.

• Permanent removals (for manipulation suspicion, duplicate accounts, or incentivization) are deleted at the database level.

Your action plan:

• Check Account Health → Customer Product Reviews Policy Violation.

• If you’re compliant, file an appeal and document your review request process.

• Otherwise, focus on future compliance — Amazon rebuilds trust over time.
