This usually happens when service areas are configured using cities instead of zip codes. City boundaries can be much larger than expected.
How to Fix It:
- Switch to zip code targeting.
- Add only the zip codes you actively service.
- Review customer location data before expanding service areas.
- Disable automatic service-area expansion if available.
