Compare the post-migration period against more than just the previous few days. Start with the pre-migration baseline, then check the same period from previous years where seasonal patterns are relevant. Compare LSA lead trends with other acquisition channels, such as organic search, Google Ads, and CRM-recorded enquiries.
If only LSA leads decline while other channels remain stable, the migration becomes a stronger variable to investigate. If several channels decline simultaneously, changes in demand or seasonality are more likely explanations.
Also check lead quality, cost per lead, and booked jobs rather than volume alone. This helps distinguish a genuine migration-related decline from normal market fluctuations.
