Yes, but agencies should not assume existing integrations will continue working unchanged.

The CRM itself may continue receiving leads, but any integration that identifies LSA campaigns using the old LOCAL_SERVICES campaign type needs to be audited. After migration, the campaign is represented as PERFORMANCE_MAX, with Local Services identified through its specific PMax configuration.

The biggest risks are in campaign classification, API filters, campaign-ID mapping, lead attribution, and reporting logic. An integration might continue running successfully while silently failing to associate migrated leads with the correct LSA campaign.

Before migration, test whether the CRM can recognize the migrated campaign, preserve the correct account and campaign relationships, and attribute leads to the appropriate service and location. Also preserve historical campaign IDs so pre- and post-migration data can be reconciled.

In short: the CRM integration may survive, but the logic connecting LSA campaigns to CRM records may need to change.
