Look at what happened after the lead came in. A bad LSA lead is usually irrelevant, outside your service area, spam, a wrong number, or someone looking for a service you do not offer. A bad sales follow-up happens when the lead is a good fit but you respond too slowly, miss the call, fail to follow up, or do not move the customer toward booking.
The easiest way to tell is to track each lead from source to outcome. that is if lead received, then, contacted .... qualified.... booked and finally, closed.
If qualified leads consistently fail to turn into appointments or customers, the problem is likely your follow-up rather than LSA lead quality.
