If LSA is showing plenty of leads but your CRM shows few sales, the problem is likely happening after the lead comes in. Start by matching LSA leads with your CRM records to check whether leads are being contacted, qualified, booked, and closed.

Look for issues such as missed calls, slow response times, poor follow-up, unqualified leads, or gaps in lead tracking. Also check whether LSA and your CRM are counting leads differently.

If the leads are qualified but still not converting, focus on your sales process rather than increasing your LSA budget. If most leads are irrelevant or low quality, review your LSA targeting, service areas, and job types.

The key is to track the full path: LSA lead....contacted .... qualified...booked and then finally closed.
