Some LSA leads are hard or impossible to reach because the contact information may be wrong, the person may have entered it incorrectly, or the lead may simply be spam or an accidental inquiry. In some cases, the customer may have contacted several businesses and stopped responding after finding one.
It can also happen with leads that come through messages or booking requests, where the customer is less responsive than someone who calls directly.
If this happens often, look at your lead history and check for patterns. If you are getting a lot of wrong numbers, spam, or clearly invalid requests, dispute eligible leads through LSA. If the leads are legitimate but customers are not answering, focus on faster follow-up and try contacting them more than once.
The important thing is to separate genuinely bad leads from good leads that just need better follow-up.
