Yes. An agency can manage different service categories within an LSA account, as long as those categories are eligible and accurately reflect the services the business provides. The agency can manage the profile, service selections, budget, service areas, and lead performance from the account.
However, different services can attract very different lead volumes, CPLs, and customer values. I’d track each major service separately so you can see which ones are generating qualified leads and profitable jobs.
If two services have very different economics, it may make sense to structure and manage them separately where Google’s current LSA setup allows it, rather than treating every service as one pool of performance.
