Google LSA is built for that. Under the Plumbing category you can turn on both "Drain Cleaning" and "Plumbing Repair" as separate job types inside one profile, and even set different max bids for each. Like you might bid $35 for drain cleaning and $55 for emergency leak repair.
Keeping them in one profile helps because all your reviews, Google Screened badge, and booking history stack up in one place, so you rank higher. If you split them into two separate profiles you split your reviews and confuse Google.
The only time you'd separate is if you have a completely different brand or license like one company is "ABC Plumbing" and another is "ABC Drains." For most plumbers, keep drain cleaning, plumbing repair, water heater, and sewer all under one profile and just manage them by job type.
