Hey, the cleanest way to reconcile LSA lead data with Google Ads conversion data is to use your CRM as the source of truth. Don’t just add the lead counts from both platforms, because the same customer can show up in both systems.

Match leads using phone number, email, name, and lead date. If someone first calls through LSA and later fills out a Google Ads form, treat that as one customer while keeping both touchpoints attached to the record.

Then separate the metrics by source: total leads, qualified leads, booked appointments, closed customers, revenue, and cost per customer. This lets you see whether LSA or Google Ads actually generated the customer rather than simply reporting more conversions.

Also, define your attribution rules upfront. Decide whether you’re measuring first-touch source, last-touch source, or all marketing interactions. That way, when your agency reports the numbers, you’re not comparing apples to oranges or accidentally counting the same customer twice.
