Agencies can confirm whether a GLSA booking was charged by checking the lead details and billing information in Google Ads after the campaign migration. Review the booking’s lead type, timestamp, and charge status, then compare the record with the campaign’s lead and spend reports.

Under the October 2026 GLSA update, eligible bookings can count as billable leads alongside calls and messages. However, a booking appearing in a report does not automatically prove that a charge was applied.

To verify the charge, reconcile the booking record with the account’s billing and lead reports. If the status is unclear or the charge appears incorrect, save the booking details and contact timestamps, then check Google’s current lead-credit and dispute options. Also match the booking to the CRM to distinguish a charged lead from a confirmed appointment or completed sale.
