In Local Services Ads reporting, these statuses show how Google has evaluated a lead for billing:

  • Charged: Google considers the lead valid and has charged the advertiser for it.

  • Not charged: The lead did not result in an advertising charge.

  • In review: Google is still evaluating the lead's billing eligibility or a dispute.

  • Credited: Google has reversed the charge and issued a credit for the lead.

Important: A "Charged" status does not mean the lead is qualified or converted into a customer. Agencies should compare billing status with CRM records, lead quality, booked jobs, and actual revenue to measure campaign performance.
